Catskill Food Project is an initiative of Forge Collective in which two of the prominent cultures of the Hudson Valley and the Catskills—food and art—merge to create shared experiences for the community.
It began with Old Glenford Church Autumn Banquet (2017), which combined a fundraising purpose for Catskill Waters with experiential art and exquisite cuisine.
